Welcome
I hope my website will help you understand my psychotherapeutic approach and how it can support you as well as explain what you can expect should we start to work together.

I truly believe talking therapy can make all the difference to our wellbeing. We can all suffer from emotional difficulties at certain times in our lives, and the reasons why can be complex and diverse.
I will take into consideration your specific situation and offer the help most appropriate for you.

Meet Victoria
I am a registered Psychoanalytic / Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (UKCP, MBACP).
Before training to become a therapist, I worked for most of my life in the professional services sector in the City. I have also trained as an actor. Therefore, I have a wide-ranging body of experience that I can draw upon in my practice - and I’m particularly well-placed to understand the pressures of a working life in the City and the demands of the creative process.
My therapeutic practice is also informed by lived experience of loss and trauma, which enables me to support my clients with both empathy and understanding.
