Psychoanalytic / Psychodynamic Therapy in London for Trauma, Anxiety & Life Transitions

Welcome
I am a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapist based in London N19.
My aim is for this website to help you understand how I work as a psychotherapist, explain how therapy can support you, and outline what you can expect if we begin working together.
Talking therapy is a powerful way to improve emotional wellbeing. Many people experience periods of stress, anxiety, or emotional difficulty, and the reasons behind these experiences can be complex.
I offer personalised, evidence‑informed support based on your individual circumstances, helping you explore what you’re facing with clarity and compassion.
Every journeybegins with a single step

Meet Victoria
I am a registered Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist (UKCP, MBACP), offering therapy informed by both clinical training and diverse professional experience.
My background spans professional services in the City and training as an actor, giving me a unique perspective on the pressures of corporate life and the emotional intensity of creative work. These experiences enrich the way I connect with clients and understand their challenges.
My practice is also shaped by personal experiences of loss and trauma, allowing me to offer support that is compassionate, grounded, and attuned to the realities of emotional pain.
